The short version
Calculators do not collect your name, email or phone number, and the numbers you type stay in your browser. We collect personal information only when you send a form.
What we collect
- Forms: when you request a case review or contact us, the details you enter, the page you sent it from and the time
- Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited), kept for security and to keep the site working
- Cookies: the site does not need cookies to work. If we add analytics, we will list them here.
How we use it
To respond to your request, to share a case review request with participating attorneys in your state when you ask us to, to keep records of consent, and to secure the site.
Sharing
We share case review requests only with participating law firms and service providers who help us run the site, such as hosting and email. We do not sell form information to data brokers.
Retention
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal record-keeping duties, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information or ask us to delete it by contacting us. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
